A Cure for Tired Muscles

Spring is nearly here in Dublin.. Went hill walking this weekend and was full of pains and aches when I got home…

The cure? Run a hot bath.

Put 3 drops of Lavender, 3 drops of Juniper and 3 drops of German Chamomile into a cup of Epsom Salts…

Throw into the bath and hop in for 10 minutes minimum… You feel WONDERFUL!
